With Doctorje, a patient can search for doctors, view their timings and fees, and book a token online in seconds — no phone calls, no standing in line just to get a number. After booking, you get a live token link on your phone that shows exactly where you stand in the queue, updated in real time. You can leave home when it is actually your turn, not two hours before.

When your visit is done, your prescription is available digitally on the same link — no more lost parches. And if visiting in person is difficult, many of our doctors offer video consultations: you pay a small per-minute fee from a prepaid wallet and speak to your doctor face to face from anywhere.

One more thing that matters to us: your fee goes directly to your doctor. Doctorje does not sit in the middle of that payment.

For Clinics: A Complete Operating System

For clinics and doctors, Doctorje is far more than a booking page. It is a full operating system for the practice.

Queue and token management runs the front desk: walk-ins and online bookings flow into one live queue, with separate handling for in-person and video visits. Multiple doctors can practice under one clinic, each with their own panel, their own queue, and their own earnings ledger — with strict privacy between them.

Finance gives every clinic real double-entry books without needing an accountant. Fees post themselves automatically as tokens complete, expenses are a few taps, and the owner sees a doctor-friendly overview first — with full accountant-grade statements underneath for those who want them.

Staff and HR handles profiles, attendance, leave, rosters, and payroll, with a self-service portal so staff can see their own record. The lab module manages in-clinic testing from order to verified report. The in-patient module covers admissions, beds, operation theatre, and automatic billing through to discharge. And our chronic care engine helps doctors keep long-term patients — diabetes, blood pressure — on track with trend charts, follow-up reminders on WhatsApp, and clear control status at a glance.
